LED Speed Indicator
Microprocessor-controlled, with a display panel that features
light-emitting diodes (LED), this Bach-Simpson™ speed indicator
has achieved wide acceptance with railroad crews; while it's
dependable accuracy and rugged reliability, make it popular
with railroad purchasing and maintenance personnel.
It is fully interchangeable with the electrical connections
and mounting brackets of older analog models, making this unit
a convenient replacement.
Double diodes in green, mark every five increment, offsetting
them from the yellow, single-mile diodes. Other features include
separate digital display of speed, acceleration indicator and
overspeed warning. Options include multiple speed controlled
relay outputs.
Our speed indicators are available as base mount, console
mount or center cab mounted units for maximum versatility.
Other models include a two-piece system, allowing the control
circuitry to be remotely mounted from the display, for limited
space applications.
